In 2020, it came a pivotal shift for Dustin Goss with the COVID-19 realities. He founded Crown + Co, a company that produces and delivers Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) for states, US government orgs., hospitals, retailers and other private parties. In 2019, Dustin Goss wrote, “BUCK Making Cents”. And then shortly thereafter, founded BUCK Academy with his wife, Febyolla. BUCK Academy is a business focused on financial literacy for youth. In 2016, Dustin Goss ventured into the Home Improvement/Hardware Industry as Co-Founder of the start-up mywoodwall. A real wood wall paneling product that quickly grew throughout DIY center sales channels in NA.

In 2015, Dustin Goss founded Makota Co, an exclusive company that designs, develops, and delivers luxurious active outdoor hand wear and head wear for famous brands and major retailers. The company has become very reputable with its offered services and products for some of the largest brands and retailers in the world.

In 2002, Dustin Goss founded POW Gloves, which is now in its 19th year of operation. That brand is one of the biggest sport gloves brands in the snow sport industry. Dustin Goss also a former owner from Holden Outerwear and Spacecraft Collective, the famous winter outwear, jackets, and hats.
