In 2026, Dustin Goss and his wife, Febyolla, expanded their vision for financial education into the digital space with askBUCK, an intelligent financial learning platform built for the next generation. Powered by interactive technology, askBUCK transforms everyday money questions into personalized learning experiences, giving children and families instant access to practical financial knowledge. Designed at the intersection of technology and education, askBUCK is redefining how the next generation learns about money.

In 2021, Dustin Goss and his wife, Febyolla, expanded the vision of BUCK Academy with the creation of BUCKOne, a next-generation banking and household financial management platform built for families. Its integrated software ecosystem combines automated money management, digital financial tools, and targeted education to help parents manage family finances while developing responsible financial behaviors in children. BUCKOne is responsible fintech engineered for a lifetime of financial health.

In 2019, Dustin Goss authored BUCK Making Cents and shortly thereafter co-founded BUCK Academy with his wife, Febyolla. BUCK Academy is an educational company dedicated to advancing financial literacy for children and families. Its financial education book series is designed to make learning about money engaging, meaningful, and accessible. In 2020, Dustin Goss responded to the unprecedented challenges of COVID-19 by founding Crown + Co, supplying Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to government agencies, hospitals, retailers, and private organizations across the United States. His work was featured in the August 2020 issue of University of Washington Magazine.

Today, Dustin shares his experience as a business strategy consultant, offering select entrepreneurs and business leaders’ strategic perspective on growth, opportunity, and bringing ideas to market by private request only.

In 2016, Dustin Goss and his brother, Jacob Goss, co-founded mywoodwall, entering the home improvement and hardware industry with an innovative real-wood wall paneling system. The brand quickly expanded through leading DIY retail channels across North America, establishing a strong presence and reputation across Europe and international markets.

In 2002, Dustin Goss founded POW Gloves, building it into one of the leading performance glove brands in the global snow sports industry. In 2010, POW collaborated with NIKE to create exclusive gloves for the U.S. Olympic Snowboarding Team, designed specifically for the athletes with only a limited release to the public.

Under Dustin’s leadership, he expanded his company through the ownership of HOLDEN Outerwear, founded by Mikey LeBlanc, and SPACECRAFT Collective, founded by Stefan Hofmann and Sarah O'Brien Parker. Dustin brought the three distinctive brands together across performance, outerwear, and lifestyle, creating a unique premium companies recognized for product innovation, elevated design, and its influence within global snow culture, all shaped by a refined luxury aesthetic.
